Refund policy

Personalized, Customized, Imprinted items and Custom Commissions: Kippot ordered with personalization or customization cannot be returned.
Kippahs that have been worn or used in any way can not be returned.

Kippahs will be manufactured & personalized as per the information on the customer invoice. Once the invoice is approved by the customer it will become the reference for any dispute re colour, customization, shipping address, price, due date, etc.

We are not responsible for any tariffs imposed by the importers local authorities. Some get stopped, some come through without charges. 

We are not responsible for damage done to a product once it has been delivered.

We reserve the right to adjust shipping charges for extra large orders.
