**Duties Fees For International Customers Outside USA**

Most products that we sell are imported. We make every effort to minimize and/or eliminate import duties however the vagaries and inconsistencies of customs departments result in the occasional order being charged import duties and or customs clearance charges. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

 

What is your return policy

 

Personalized, Customized, Imprinted items and Custom Commissions: Ketubot or kippot ordered with personalization or customization cannot be returned.

Non-personalized Items: If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will be happy to accept a return within 10 days. Should you need to return an item, please contact us first to make arrangements. Return shipping charges are the purchaser's responsibility, as is damage or loss that may occur in transit. Any item sent for return should be insured. Once the item has been received in its original condition, we will reimburse you for the full amount paid for the order, minus any outbound shipping charges. Refunds without prior clearance with Customer Service will not be issued so be sure to contact us to receive authorization before returning any item.

Kippahs that have been worn or used in any way can not be returned.

Kippahs will be manufactured & personalized as per the information on the customer invoice. Once the invoice is approved by the customer it will become the reference for any dispute re colour, customization, shipping address, price, due date, etc.

Ketubahs will be customized based on the customer’s completed personalization form. The company will not be responsible for any errors due to mistakes or omissions on the personalization form provided by the customer.  The text proof that is received by the client is actually what will be on the ketubah. Once client approves the text and it is shipped, it there will be no refunds offered.  Please review the proof very carefully before approving.

We are not responsible for damage done to a product once it has been delivered including, but not limited to, paper damage due to environmental conditions, damage by calligraphers or other individuals who fill in the ketubah or framers.

We reserve the right to charge a minimum of 15% restocking fee.

The information that you provide to us will be used to process your order only. Our company will never share your information with any other individuals or companies.
